The house had a poor performance combination boiler which was installed in the bathroom, taking up valuable space.

All the rooms were measured for heat loss calculations to ensure each room will receive the correct amount of heat.

The customer had a galley kitchen and little room else where to have the boiler installed. After a consultation with the customer the best place to install was in the loft space.

The new Vaillant combination boiler is controlled by a Nest smart learning thermostat, the heat can not only be controlled from the ground floor but also from the customers phone.
With their busy family, working life styles and having and having a grand parent currently living with family. The Nest thermostat gives them control and flexibility saving unwanted periods when the heating may of been left on.
