We were instructed to turn a tired looking cloakroom into something fresh and modern looking.

Customer was shown catalogue’s of vanity units and built in furniture, none met the customers requirements or the dimensions of the cloak room. This project was a total refurbishment with pipes being chased into the wall, total plastering of all walls. Heating pipework altered for installation of new radiator.

To centralise the toilet a bespoke framework was built, finished off with a gloss panel to hide cistern and existing soil pipe. Hot, cold and waste pipes were chased into to hide any un sightly pipework. The vanity unit’s counter top was bespoke, made from the customers choice of work top.
