A few years ago, our customer bought what we could only describe as a “project”! We immediately replaced the old warm air central heating system with a modern one, installing a Vaillant boiler in the downstairs loo together with stylish, modern radiators throughout.

The downstairs cloakroom had been stripped out, but the day had come for this to be turned back into a functioning toilet. As money was limited, the customer did all the decorating herself.

We built a false wall to hide the cistern, fitted a toilet and installed a space saving vanity unit, which still provided useful storage. Because let’s face it – there is no such thing as too much storage!

We think it turned out very nice, and the customer was very happy too!
